Business Development Specialist
SeaChange is currently recruiting a Business Development Specialist to sell our wide range of Safety Culture Solutions (Consultancy Services, Partnerships, and Digital Systems) to our target sectors, including SMEs; Manufacturing; Pharma; Retail & Hospitality Multiples; Warehousing & Distribution; etc., nationwide and possibly abroad.

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a close team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, and to develop within this important sales specialist role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our current client base and representing the SeaChange brand in a sales and business development capacity. Although a comprehensive training programme will be provided in preparation for delivery of the role, previous experience and natural talent are required to grow in the position and successfully expand our portfolio.
To succeed in the role, the Business Development Specialist will possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a commitment to relationship development, lead-building, and networking in key target markets. The Specialist will be energetic, confident, self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven and resilient, with a competitive edge. The Specialist will also be able to manage detail, e.g. sales reports, plans, target overviews, etc., and be competent in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS teams; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Dynamics).
Ideally, the candidate will have 2+ years of Sales experience and can work independently to grow revenue.
Candidates must have a complete & valid Irish driving licence and independent means of travel.
