SeaChange is currently recruiting a Customer Advocate to help create and implement programmes to drive organisational change and the “Habit of Safety” within some of Ireland’s largest retailers, pharmaceutical companies, & food manufacturers. The role requires a professional who is energetic, client-focused and who enjoys delivering client-tailored solutions that are based on best change-management principles.
To succeed in the role, the Customer Advocate will demonstrate excellence and expertise, with a passion for continuous improvement, will work closely with existing clients to facilitate and optimise their Safety Culture journey, and will also deliver bespoke Health & Safety Programmes and Systems to client sites at a very high standard. Experience and skill in developing strong working relationships in the interests of client retention are essential, along with an openness to using cutting-edge technology to complement programme delivery.
Minimum requirements for the role are experience in face-to-face client relationship management and a desire to understand the Irish Health & Safety environment, both legislatively and behaviourally.
The role will be primarily Leinster-based but will also require travelling to clients further afield should the need arise.
