The Challenge

Nua Healthcare Services wanted a fresh approach to improving safety standards and managing risk within their large healthcare group.

The senior leadership team wanted to take a proactive approach to safety management, one that connected their staff with best practice safety and quality standards in a visual way. They knew that to achieve this, they needed to partner with the right company that could support their vision through practical and meaningful tools and systems.

The Solution

Nua Healthcare Services partnered with SeaChange to improve their group’s safety culture, maintain safety compliance, reduce the likelihood of accidents and claims, and protect their staff and service users.

After determining their requirements, SeaChange provided Nua Healthcare Services with the Safety Culture Pro Partnership. Each group location received a site-specific risk assessment, key safety compliance, a visual risk awareness system and champion training to help lead safety culture onsite. The partnership also included access to the SeaChange client portal to log proactive safety KPIs on a routine basis, report on safety performance, and improve safety and quality standards through visual and interactive tools. Each location received annual safety audits and support services to benchmark performance and continuously improve safety management within the group.
